NANCY and TRACY (2/3 of Likely Stories) will both be participating with others in a special tribute program for Bernie Taupin. See links at right for more.

About Bernie Taupin: Born May 22, 1950, Bernie Taupin is best known as Elton John's longtime lyricist and collaborator. He's also collaborated with such artists as Rod Stewart and Alice Cooper, and penned hits like Starship's "We Built This City" and Heart's "These Dreams." Taupin has also had a solo career that produced obscure gems, such as the songs he wrote with his 1990s band the Farm Dogs. Bernie Taupin Night at the Wil-Mar Center features some of Madison's finest songwriters giving their own folk twist on The Brown Dirt Cowboy's tunes, from "Your Song" to his little-heard treasures.
